I am in a bit of a health dilemma over here. A friend was telling me about the amazing benefits of papaya seeds, and they were raving about how to consume papaya seeds for digestive health and even detoxing. They mentioned that they can help with parasites or something… I’m not exactly sure, but I've been looking into it. Anyway, I had a few papayas in my fridge, and yesterday I thought, why not give it a shot? But honestly, I did not know how to consume papaya seeds properly! I just went ahead and chewed a few, thinking that would do the trick, but they were so bitter!! Ugh, my mouth felt all weird after. 😬 Are there any better ways to eat them or if there are recipes or tips on how to consume papaya seeds without them tasting funky? Maybe mixing them in smoothies or something? Also, my tummy sometimes feels unusual after eating some weird foods, so I’m a bit worried if they might be too strong or something… Is there a recommended amount of papaya seeds, or like a safe way to incorporate them into my diet? I'm trying to be healthy, but I don't wanna go overboard or anything. Help!
