Khnasi ka continuously hona kuch durust samasyaon ki taraf ishara kar sakta hai aur isse lightly nahi lena chahiye, especially jab aapne already ek mahine se isse mehsoos kar rahe hain. Agar aapka chest X-ray aur blood test ke results normal hain, toh is khnasi ka samanya kewal temporary solution se dur dur mein theek hone ka sambhavna hai. Sitopaladi churna, jo aap 15 din se le rahe hain, vata, pitta aur kapha doshas ko balance karne mein help kar sakta hai, lekin lagataar khnasi ke liye iske alawa kuch aur bhi dekhna hoga.
Samashya ke liye sabse pehle, apni dincharya aur dietary practices par focus karna hoga. Ayurveda ke mutabik, digestive fire yaani ‘agni’ ko samabrakshak rakhna mahatvapurn hota hai, kyunki weak agni khansi ko aur bhi badha sakta hai. Aap halke aur pache jaldi jaane wale aahar ko apnao jaise moong daal ka soup, or khichdi. Thanda, oily, aur excessively heavy foods se bachne ki koshish karein.
Pippli or long pepper, ginger aur mulethi ka kaadha kisi garam paani me mila ke peene se halka aram vilom ho sakta hai, din me 2-3 baar aise peeye. Nasal congestion ki sambhavna ko kam karne ke liye steem lena faydemand rahega. Ye na srif khnasi ko kam karega, balki swasan marg ko bhi saaf karne mein help karega.
Agar aapka khnasi theek nahi hoti ya symptoms jyada severe lagte hain, to aapko kisi respiratory therapist ya ENT specialist se salaha leni chahiye. Vartaaman mein, swasthya k liye kuch ayurvedic remedies ke saath sahi medical follow-up bhi zaroori hai.
Khansi jo ek mahine se chal rahi hai, uske liye pehle main ye samjhunga ki aapne kya diagnostic step liye hain, jaisay ki x-ray aur blood check. Artherik parikshan thik hai, lekin agar symptomatic improvement nahi mil raha hai to dosh aur prakriti ko samajhna zaroori hai. Siddha-Ayurvedic dristi mein, ajirnatmak khansi adhiktar vata aur kapha dosha ka imbalance hota hai. Din mein do baar, preferably subah aur sham, aap 1 teaspoon sitopaladi churna ko garm paani ke saath le sakte hain. Agar kapha zyada ho, to is churne ko shehad ke saath lein. Vata balance karne ke liye, churne ko ghee ke saath lein. Par dhyan rahe ki ghee aur madhu ko kabhi mix na karein, kyunki ye dono milkar nayi samasya de sakte hain.
Vata aur kapha ke samanya sheeghr uttejana ko manage karne ke liye, aap haldi wala doodh bhi Pee sakte hain, yeh raat ko soya ke samay peeyain. Thoda elaichi powder aur chhota sa cardamom (ilaichi) bhi cup mein daal sakte hain, jo ki swad ke saath vata ko soothe karne mein madad karta h.
Oushdhiyo ke saath, bhojan par bhi dhyan deejiyega. Thand aur Oily cheezon se door rahiye. Garam aur easily digestible khaana prashasta rahega. Samasya agr usi prakar ki bani rahti hai ya aur behtar nahi hoti hai, to kisi expert vidhvan vaidhya se mand treatment aur detail health evaluation ke liye sampark karein.
