I am trying to lose some weight and recently heard about beetroot and carrot juice. A friend mentioned that it’s great for weight loss, but I have no idea if that's true? I mean, I've been drinking different juices, but I never really considered beetroot and carrot juice specifically. Last week, I started mixing them together for my morning routine after reading a bit online, and I kinda liked the taste, but honestly, I have no clue if does beetroot and carrot juice reduce weight or if I’m just wasting my time. I usually overlook the whole nutrition thing, but I'm really trying this time... My belly feels bloated sometimes, especially after meals, and I thought maybe switching things up, like adding beetroot and carrot juice, might help? I even tried to look up if they have any other benefits besides weight loss, like detox or something. But does beetroot and carrot juice reduce weight alone or do I need to combine it with a specific diet or exercise? I’d appreciate any tips!
