Hello, I completely understand how distressing severe hair fall can be it not only affects your appearance but also your confidence. But dont worry we are here to help you out😊

✅ AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

✅ INTERNAL MEDICATION

1 Bhringarajasava 20 ml with equal water after food twice daily (Strengthens hair roots, promotes regrowth, improves liver function)

2 Narasimha Rasayan. 1 tsp with warm milk in morning (Promotes nourishment, improves texture and hair thickness)

3 Amalaki Rasayana 1 tsp daily morning (Rich in Vitamin C, rejuvenates scalp and reduces premature greying)

4 Jeevamrutham 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water (Nourishes the hair)

5 Groo 1-0-1 after food ( promotes hair growth)

✅ EXTERNAL CARE

👉Scalp Massage (Abhyanga):

Use Neelibhringadi Taila – warm slightly before applying.

Massage gently with fingertips for 10–15 minutes, leave for 1 hour, and then wash with herbal shampoo (like Reetha, Aloe vera, or Shikakai). Do this 3–4 times per week. This improves circulation, strengthens roots, and reduces scalp inflammation.

👉Weekly Hair Mask:

Mix 2 tbsp Aloe vera gel, 1 tsp Amla powder, and 1 tsp Bhringraj powder with curd. Apply on scalp for 30 minutes and rinse with mild herbal shampoo.

✅ DIET & LIFESTYLE MODIFICATION

✅ Include:

Warm, freshly cooked meals with ghee or sesame oil. Amla, curry leaves, dates, figs, almonds, black sesame seeds. Moong dal, millets, barley, seasonal fruits, and vegetables. Herbal teas with cumin, fennel, or coriander seeds. Stay well hydrated — 8–10 glasses of lukewarm water daily.

❌ Avoid:

Spicy, fried, junk, or preserved food. Excess tea, coffee, refined sugar, and late-night sleep. Chemical shampoos, hair colors, and hot blow-drying. Mental stress, overthinking, or irregular meals.

✅ YOGA & LIFESTYLE SUPPORT Asanas- Adho Mukha Svanasana Uttanasana Sarvangasana Vajrasana (After meals – aids digestion)

Pranayama Anulom Vilom , Bhramari These practices improve oxygenation to the scalp and calm the mind.

👉Lifestyle Tips:

Sleep by 10 PM and get at least 7–8 hours of rest. Use a silk pillowcase to reduce hair breakage. Manage stress with gentle yoga or meditation.

Improvement is gradual but long-lasting when internal balance and scalp health are restored.

Continue checking iron, vitamin D, and thyroid levels periodically, as imbalances can aggravate hair loss.

With regular Ayurvedic care, balanced diet, and calm routine, your hair and overall vitality will naturally improve.

Wishing you a good health😊

Warm regards, Dr. Snehal Vidhate

Based on the symptoms you described, it’s crucial to first assess any potential underlying issues that may not have been addressed yet. In Ayurveda, hair fall is often linked with imbalance of Pitta dosha, possibly accompanied by stress, poor diet or improper lifestyle choices. Here’s some steps you could take toward unbalancing Pitta and improving your hair health:

1. Dietary Adjustments: Focus on a Pitta-pacifying diet. This means incorporating more cooling, soothing foods like cucumber, coconut, and aloe vera. Avoid excess spicy, sour, and salty foods - they can aggravate Pitta further. Consumption of amla, known for its cooling properties and rich in vitamin C, may also support hair health.

2. Herbal Remedies: Amla (Indian Gooseberry) and Bhringraj are two potent herbs helpful in reducing hair fall. You could consume amla powder with water or include it in your diet. Bhringraj oil can be applied directly to the scalp, gently massaging it in circles to encourage circulation.

3. Scalp Massage: Regular head massage with oils like coconut, brahmi or almond oil can nourish hair follicles and reduce stress levels, which are often associated with hair fall. Detangling hair using a wooden comb might also prevent hair breakage.

4. Stress Management: Techniques like meditation and pranayama can be invaluable. Deep breathing improves oxygen supply to the body and helps in calming Pitta-related anxiety and stress.

5. Lifestyle Changes: Good quality sleep is essential. Try to synchronize with your natural circadian rhythms - going to bed early and waking up with sunrise. Incorporate some physical activity, whether it’s yoga or simple walking - its known to balance bodily doshas.

If any of these don’t seem to improve your condition, or if you’re facing any severe scalp discomfort or rapid hair loss, please consult a professional for in-depth Ayurvedic assessment aimed at finding and correcting any deeper issues. These steps aren’t for replacing essential medical treatment but for complementing them and allowing the body to heal along its own natural course.
