If there are multiple cysts over breast n increasing I would suggest you once to get ultra sound of both breasts to know exactly what type of cysts they are and pls mention the size of kidney stones if they are less than 6 mm then we can easily flush out through treatment but if it’s more than 6 mm and if you are having symptoms like pain m bladder related symptoms its become bit difficult Meanwhile start on Kanchanar guggulu Ashmari hara rasa Tab M2 Tone Each tablet twice daily after food with warm water Asoka aristha 2 tsp with equal amount of water twice daily after food Syp Neeri 10 ml thrice daily Drink plenty of fluids, coconut water, barley water, butter, milk
Considering your multiple breast cysts, kidney stones, and menstrual irregularities, it’s vital to take a holistic approach through Ayurvedic principles. Let’s address each aspect progressively.
For breast cysts, Ayurveda often associates these with an imbalance in Kapha dosha. Include more Kapha balancing foods in your diet, such as light and easily digestible items. Opt for warm, cooked meals rather than cold or heavy foods. Spices like ginger, turmeric, and black pepper can aid in reducing Kapha. A gentle self-massage with warm sesame oil can improve circulation in the chest area. Regular physical activity will also help to keep the doshas balanced.
Regarding kidney stones, focus on enhancing the body’s natural ability to cleanse. Staying well-hydrated is crucial; drink plenty of warm water throughout the day. Herbal concoctions using gokshura (Tribulus terrestris) can support kidney health and aid stone elimination. formulations like Chandraprabha Vati may also be beneficial, but consult a qualified practitioner who can review your personal health history before proceeding with herbal supplements.
Menstrual flow can be affected by Vata imbalance. To regulate flow, eat warm, nourishing foods—think stews, soups rich in iron and a little sweet. Include herbs like ashwagandha and shatavari, known for supporting female reproductive health. Setting a regular daily routine with consistent meal times and sleeping patterns is important for Vata balance.
Since breast cysts can indicate serious conditions, and kidney stones might require immediate medical attention if pain becomes excruciating, consult with your healthcare provider, especially for any sudden changes or severe symptoms. Regular check-ups are essential to monitoring these conditions alongside adopting Ayurvedic practices. Prioritize safety, balancing Ayurveda with necessary medical care.
