Breast size mainly depends upon the hormonal balance, genetics, and body fat distribution when you have PCOS oestrogen levels goes down and androgens goes up which directly slows breast development So the goal is to correct hormonal balance not using random creams Start on Shatavari churna half teaspoon with warm milk at night Ashwagandha churna half teaspoon with warm milk at night Include flaxt seeds, sesame seeds, almonds chickpeas, lentils, moong dal good fats in diet Apply maha bala taila -undo gentle massage in circular motion for 5 to 10 minutes
