I am in desperate need of some advice on how to do hair spa at home naturally. My hair has been really dry and frizzy lately, like, no matter what I do, I can't seem to get it to be smooth. I tried some store-bought hair masks, but they just left my hair feeling greasy instead of nourished. Ugh! A friend told me about how to do hair spa at home naturally, and I’m really curious if anyone here has good recipe or tips that actually work. I read somewhere that you can use oils like coconut or olive oil, but I honestly don't know how to mix them right for the best results. Should I add anything else? I have this minor scalp itchiness too, which makes me think my scalp is dry, which isn’t great. And once I tried a DIY avocado mask, but it was so messy! 😅 What are the steps to follow when you do hair spa at home naturally? Do I need to do anything special before or after? Wanna make sure I’m not making things worse and also, how often should I be doing this? I feel like I’ve tried everything, and I’m just looking for a natural solution that actually brings results!
