I am dealing with this really annoying dandruff issue, ya know? It started out kinda small, but now it’s like flakes everywhere, especially after I've been stressy at work. I’ve tried a few shampoos but they’re just not cutting it. My scalp feels itchy, and honestly, it’s kinda embarrassing. A friend mentioned that is aloe vera good for hair dandruff? I thought about it because I’ve heard about aloe vera before, but I never really paid attention to it. I mean, I’ve seen all these videos about how people use aloe vera for their skin and hair, but like, does it really work for dandruff? I don’t want to keep slathering stuff on that's not gonna help. Is there a specific way to use it? Do I need to mix it with something? And honestly, is aloe vera good for hair dandruff or is it just another fad that looks good online but doesn't do much? I just really want to get rid of these flakes without making my scalp worse. Any advice would really be appreciated!!
