I am trying to wrap my head around how liv 52 works because I’ve been feeling really out of sorts lately. Been struggling with some digestive issues ever since I went on a trip last month. There were so many rich foods and, honestly, I overindulged and now my stomach feels like a real mess. I’ve got this bloating and occasional nausea, and my energy is just low.
