I am really worried about my hair situation. For the past few months, I’ve noticed that my hair fall is getting worse. Like, I wake up and there’s more hair on my pillow than on my head sometimes, and it’s freaking me out a little. I tried a bunch of shampoos and stuff, but nothing seems to work. My sister mentioned I should look into how to stop hair fall and regrow hair naturally, but I’m not sure where to start honestly. I’ve read online that things like aloe vera and coconut oil can help, but I’ve never used them consistently or anything. My diet is kinda all over the place too, I know I should be eating better – more greens and all that – but sometimes I just grab junk food. I also dyed my hair a few weeks ago, which did not help, now I think my scalp’s super sensitive. Is there any solid advice on how to stop hair fall and regrow hair naturally?
