I get itchy skin , eczema when I'm living Hong Kong , when I travel to USA , the skin issue does not happen

Because your skin is already on the dryer and more reactive side, the combination of sudden weather shifts and environmental irritants in Hong Kong can easily trigger hitching and eczema When you travel to the USA, the cleaner, air and more stable climate, calm, your skin, which is why your symptoms settle

To help your skin stay stable , even in Hong Kong , we need to keep your internal heat, controlled and strengthen the outer skin barrier every single day A simple routine done consistently can prevent the flareups For internal support, you can start on Gandhak rasayana Neem capsule Take both tablets twice daily after food with warm water Haridra khanda-take half teaspoon with warm water after food twice daily Mahamanjistadi aristha take 20 ML with equal amount of water twice daily after meals Avipattikara churna-half teaspoon with water before meals with water, if you have hyper acidity or digestion issues

For externally you can apply coconut oil or almond oil before bath
