When it comes to treating PCOD with Ayurvedic medicine like Raja Pravartini Vati and Tone M2, it’s important to align the dosages and get them right. Typically, Raja Pravartini Vati is taken at a dosage of 1-2 tablets twice daily, best followed with lukewarm water. The medicine is usually effective when taken after meals to ensure better digestion and absorption.

For Tone M2, often the common dosage is around 1-2 teaspoon daily, mixed with water, before meals. However, these dosages can vary depending on your specific prakriti, level of dosha imbalance, and overall health condition, which should be assessed by your Ayurvedic practitioner. They can make adjustments based on individual requirements.

The duration of taking these medicines usually continue for a minimum of three to six months, but it should be based on the effectiveness and how you respond to the treatment. A follow-up with your practitioner is crucial to adjust the treatment as your symptoms evolve or improve.

Remember, integrating lifestyle changes with your treatment can amplify its effects. Focus on a diet that balances Kapha dosha, emphasizing vegetables, whole grains, and herbs like turmeric and ginger. Reducing intake of refined sugars and excess fats helps in managing symptoms.

It’s also important to consider regular exercise such as yoga or walking, which helps improve metabolism and maintains hormonal balance.

However, before continuing or making any adjustments, the best call is always to consult directly with a healthcare professional who understands your medical history and can provide personalized advice. In cases where medication for PCOD needs monitoring, it’s vital to work closely with your healthcare provider.
