Your symptoms, especially the hot flashes, redness, and associated dryness, suggest an imbalance often related to excess Pitta. However, the cold feet indicate some Vata involvement. The approach should be around pacifying both Pitta and Vata while supporting your natural hormonal rhythms.

First, let’s talk about dietary suggestions. It’s important to favor cooling, hydrating foods that can help balance the Pitta dosha. Consume foods like cucumbers, watermelon, and coconut water. Incorporate cooling herbs like coriander, mint, and fennel in your diet. Avoid spicy, fried, and overly sour or salty foods which can aggravate Pitta. Favor whole grains like rice and barley that are balancing for both doshas.

Hydration is crucial, so sip on room-temperature water throughout the day with a splash of lime or a few rose petals, which can help to cool your system. At the same time, ensure that warm, fresh meals are consumed to maintain digestive fire, preventing Vata’s cold nature from taking over.

For topical application to ease skin dryness and irritation, apply a coconut or almond oil gently on affected areas. This will provide moisture and cool your skin. If redness persists, you can try an oatmeal and honey mask on your face and hands, which are soothing and nourishing.

Engage in a routine of gentle yoga and pranayama, focusing on cooling practices like Sheetali breathing. This can help manage both your body’s heat and stress levels contributing to your fatigue.

Sleep hygiene is important too. Try to go to bed by 10 PM, and make sure your sleeping environment is cool and comfortable.

Remember, the intense hot flashes could be a sign of hormonal shifts during perimenopause, and if symptoms are frequent, consider consulting with a healthcare professional. Ayurveda’s herbs such as Shatavari, can also be relevant though should be taken under a practitioners guidance to ensure its appropriateness based on your prakriti.

Your experience of hot flushes, skin redness, fatigue, and dryness reflects an imbalance that aligns with a common Ayurvedic perspective involving an excess of Pitta Dosha, particularly after ovulation. The symptoms suggest a heated Pitta condition with elements of Vata disturbance — especially dryness and cold feet.

To address these imbalances, start by moderating Pitta with cooling practices. Integrate more cooling and hydrating foods in your diet, like cucumbers, aloe vera juice, and sweet fruits such as pears. Avoid spicy, fried, and excessively salty foods that could aggravate Pitta further. Since dryness is pronounced, include ghee in your diet to nourish your skin and redoostic Vata. Additionally, consuming lukewarm water throughout the day helps maintain hydration and supports digestive balance.

For the dryness on your face and hands, apply a natural, cooling oil, like coconut oil, gently on the affected areas. This can offer some relief and protect the skin’s natural moisture barrier. You might also benefit from a herbal paste with sandalwood powder and water, which has cooling properties for both heat and dryness.

Your description of fatigue and cold feet may suggest deeper Agni (digestive fire) issues. Ensure your meals are taken at regular times, focusing on warm, cooked, and nourishing foods that are easy to digest. Sipping a light ginger tea might help improve circulation while keeping your Agni strong.

If the eczema-like symptoms persist, it’s crucial to have them examined in person, as they might require direct attention. Always consult with a healthcare practitioner if symptoms become severe or if any unusual reactions occur. These steps can empower you to restore balance and support your body’s natural rhythms effectively.
