i have pain at left ear surrounding and top of left head, it increase after chewing non veg foods. As i consulted a neuro doctor, he told may be the problem with TMJ arthritis. Please let me know the treatment. My age 46 male.

Reduce stress through meditation or gentle yoga, particularly focusing on breath work which calms Vata.

3. Herbal Remedies: Ashwagandha and Guggulu are helpful for joint inflammation. Taking these under the guidance of a qualified practitioner can provide relief. You might prepare a decoction by boiling Guggulu in water and drinking it once a day.

4. External Therapies: Application of warm oil massages can be beneficial. Using Mahanarayan Oil, gently massage the areas surrounding the jaw and temples to relax the muscles. Apply warmth using a hot towel afterward to enhance absorption and relieve tension.

5. Avoid Excessive Chewing: As chewing non-veg food triggers pain, it’s advised to stick to softer foods until the inflammation and pain reduce.
