Dandruff aur hair loss winter mein badh jata hai, jo pitta aur kapha dosha ke imbalance ka sanket ho sakta hai. Pitta imbalance ki wajah se scalp inflammatory ho sakta hai aur kapha se excess oil production hoti hai, jo dandruff ko worse kar deti hai. Yeh sab hair loss ko accelerate kar sakta hai. Aapke liye kuch Ayurvedic solutions hain jo aap try kar sakti hain.

Ek chota upay hai ki aap neem ke pattiyon ka paste scalp par lagaen. Neem ke antimicrobial properties dandruff ko reduce karne mein madad karte hain. Neem leaves ko peel mash karke baalon ki jad mein apply kariye, aur 30 minute tak chhod dijiye, phir mild shampoo se dhul dijiye. Yeh hafte mein do baar kar sakte hain.

Oil massage ka bhi benefit h. Til oil (sesame oil) ya coconut oil ko gently warm karke scalp par massage kariye. Yeh sebum secretion ko regulate karneme aur circulation improve karne me madad karega. Oil massage ko a week mein 2-3 baar rat mein karke sone jaye aur subah mild shampoo se wash kar lein.

Aap apne diet mein bhi thode changes kar sakti hain. Daily diet mein triphala choorna ka istemal, aapke digestive system ko thik rakhega aur humari body ke default pitta dosha ko balance karega. Iske liye aap ek chamach triphala choorna pani ke sath raat ko le sakti hain.

Rasayana, like amla (Indian gooseberry), is also quite beneficial. Yeh scalp ke health aur hair growth ko promote karta hai. Amla juice ya powder lena helpful rahega.

Finally, stress management bhi zaroori hai, kyunki stress bhi hair loss ko bhadata hai. Yog aur pranayama jaise deep breathing exercises daily karne se aapko stress control mein rahne mein madad mil sakti hai. Yadi aapko yeh solutions se koi improvement nahi hota, to kisi qualified Ayurvedic practitioner ko dikhana sahi rahega.

Dandruff and hair loss during the winter months is a common issues, often related to vitiation of vata and kapha doshas which tend to be aggravated in colder weather. The cold and dry environment can disturb the scalp’s natural balance, leading to excessive dryness and flakiness, impacting the health of hair roots and promoting hair loss.

Firstly, focus on balancing vata and kapha. Start by incorporating a nourishing hair oil treatment. Use warm coconut oil or sesame oil and apply to the scalp, massaging gently with your fingers in circular motions. Do this at least twice a week. Leave it on for an hour or overnight, if possible, then wash it off with a mild, herbal shampoo. Adding few drops of neem oil to your hair oil can also help combat dandruff due to its antibacterial properties.

Ensure your diet supports internal balance too. Eat warm, cooked foods that pacify vata, such as soups and stews, and include healthy fats from ghee and seeds like flaxseeds. They nourish the hair and scalp deeply. Avoid cold, dry, and processed foods which may aggravate vata and kapha.

Herbal infusions can be very helpful: rinse your hair with a decoction made from neem leaves or hibiscus petals once a week. This can help soothe the scalp and reduce dandruff. Drinking warm water with a bit of turmeric daily can support overall dosha balance, acting as a systemic cleanser.

Manage stress levels as stress can majorly impact vata, causing hair loss. Practicing yoga and pranayama regularly might be helpful. If symptoms persist or worsen, consulting with a healthcare practitioner in person could provide more tailored guidance suitable to your specific prakriti and health state.
