Pahle mere periods 5 din aate te but ab sirf 2 din aate hai, and hormonal acne, gas, bloating bhi hoti hai,pet ful jata hai after eating, and pet saf nhi hota. kya koi aushadi hai?

Aapke varnan ke adhar pe, aapke simptoms suggest karte hain ke kuch dosha imbalance aur agni (digestive fire) ki kami hai. Menstrual cycle ke samay mein change, acne, aur digestive issues, sab ka sambandh vaat-pitta dosha se ho sakta hai. Ayurveda mein, yeh symptoms vaat aur pitta ka pradhan ya anupasthit hone ka sanket de sakte hain.

1. Chirchita (Achyranthes aspera): Iska churna, din ka 2 baar, ek chamach lekar lukewarm paani ke sath sevan karein. Yeh menstrual cycle ko regulate karne mein madadgar ho sakta hai.

2. Haldi aur Guduchi Tablets: Dono pitta shamak hain aur acne ke liye faayde mand ho sakti hain, din mein do baar haldi aur ek baar Guduchi tablet le.

3. Triphala Churna: Yeh aapke digestive system ko support karega. Raat ko sote samay, 1 chamach warm paani ke sath lein, yeh digestion aur constipation me madhad karti hai.

4. Anulom Vilom Pranayam: Har din 15 minute is prakar ke pranayam practice karein. Yeh vaat dosha ko balance karne aur aapke agni ko strong karne mein saksham ho sakta hai.

5. Dietary Changes: Taja sabziye, fibrous fruits jaise ke papita, aur light diet apnaayein. Processed foods, aur spicy, deep-fried khana avoid karein kyonki yeh pitta ko badhawa dete hain.

6. Warm Water: Rozana gungune paani ka sevan garein, yeh bloat aur pet fulne ki samasya me madad kar sakta hai.
