Intramural fibroids can be managed with Ayurvedic medicines and therapies by balancing Vata and Pitta doshas, reducing inflammation, and improving hormonal balance. While Ayurveda can help shrink fibroids and manage symptoms, regular monitoring is essential. Ayurvedic Medicines Ashoka Powder or Capsules: 500 mg twice daily to manage bleeding and regulate hormones. Kanchnar Guggulu: 2 tablets twice daily to reduce fibroid size. Shatavari: 1 tsp with warm milk daily to balance hormones. Triphala: 1 tsp at night to improve detoxification and digestion. Dietary Suggestions Eat warm, easily digestible foods like cooked vegetables, whole grains, and ghee. Avoid processed, fried, and spicy foods that aggravate Pitta. Include flaxseeds and sesame seeds to balance hormones. Lifestyle and Therapies Practice Abhyanga (oil massage) with castor oil to balance Vata. Perform yoga poses like Baddha Konasana and Viparita Karani to improve circulation. Consider Panchakarma therapies like Virechana (detoxification) under supervision. Consult an Ayurvedic gynaec for a personalized treatment plan and regular follow-up to monitor fibroid health.

Intramural fibroids, they're these growths that sit within the muscular wall of your uterus. Quite common, really. In Ayurveda, we often see them as imbalances in the Kapha dosha, mixed up with things in the Rasa (fluids) and Rakta (blood) dhatus. But it's not just that simple. The root cause might be a mix of things, yeah? Sure, Ayurveda can help manage and support your symptoms but let me be straight - complete cure can be tricky. Let's talk herbs first. There's Ashoka (Saraca indica), it's great for the uterus, commnonly used to balance raja (menstruation) too. You might have hear of it. Then there's Kanchnar guggulu, it works on reducing tumors. It's like helping the tissues to detoxify. Tricky names right? You're probably not gonna find those at your local grocery store! Diet is big too. Best to reduce foods that can increase Kapha – avoid heavy, oily, and cold foods. I know it sounds delicious but too much dairy, sweets n wheat are not helping. Stick to warm, light, and easily digestible foods. Please drink hot water, sip it throughout the day, maybe with a slice of ginger if you like. Also try Yoga and Pranayama. Postures like Baddha Konasana (bound angle pose) and Apanasana (knees to chest pose) are good to maintain uterine health. But don't push your body, just go easy and gentle. The thing is, while these can help, it's good to have a modern medical opinion too. They've got tools to monitor your condition and sometimes, medical intervention is necessary if things get serious. Please listen to your body, you know it best! Ayurveda supports your journey but your health safety comes first.
