Yes please I've been struggling with erectile dysfunction for 5 years now. I'm 70 years old I quit smoking and drinking 10 years ago. I have put on some weight and the stomach area.

Why ED happens at your age - At 65–75 years, ED is usually organic, not psychological. Common causes in your case: - Reduced blood flow to the penis (age-related vascular changes) - Hormonal decline (low testosterone) - Central obesity (belly fat) → reduces nitric oxide & testosterone Possible silent conditions: - Diabetes - High BP - Cholesterol - Prostate enlargement - Reduced nerve sensitivity with age 👉 This is not a failure, it’s a health signal.

You’re 70. The main problem: Really bad ED for about 5 years. Right now: You almost never get or keep an erection. Lifestyle: You quit smoking and drinking 10 years ago (awesome!). You’ve put on some weight, especially around your stomach. Your energy levels are okay.

How Ayurveda sees it:

In Ayurveda, this is mostly called Klaibya, and it’s because of a few things:

–Vata getting high in old age: This can mess with nerve signals and make things less rigid.

–Shukra dhatu kshaya (reproductive tissue getting low) This means less sexual strength, desire, and erection quality.

–Srotorodha (blocked channels) because of belly fat: This makes it harder for blood to get to your penis.

–Agni & Ojas being low: This leads to less energy, endurance, and overall nourishment for your body.

At your age, we should aim for better function, firmness, feeling more confident, and an overall better quality of life. Don’t put pressure on yourself for unrealistic performance.

SUPER IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ:

Ayurveda can help, but: –Things get better slowly, not overnight. –No herb can work like sildenafil right away. –Stay away from online claims for quick power or penis enlargement – they’re not safe. – If you have heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, or take nitrates, we need to pick medicines super carefully.
