Can Ayurvedic treatment help reduce my wife's ovarian cyst? - #47674

My wife had stomach ache , we took doc consultation and asked us to take u/s abdomen and found that there is cyst with simple fluid of 7cm on left ovaray, is there way to get reduced throughayurved medicines my wife age is 27 and we have 2 kids and also family planning also done.

Definitely but ovarian cyst size of more than 5 cm must be ruled out properly so before starting medicine once check her Ca-125 levels if it’s normal then without any worries she can start the following medications
Kanchanar guggulu 1-0-1
VRIDDHIBHADIKA vati 1-0-1
Shatavari kalpa 1 tsp with warm milk at morning
Daily walking atleast for 45 minutes
Surya namaskar atleast 5 sets daily
Avoid oily fried spicy fermented foods
