Hlo,

Based on your symptoms and chronicity (>6 months), this picture in Ayurveda suggests a Vata–Kapha imbalance, with involvement of Rasa & Majja dhatu, Agnimandya, and Apana–Vyana Vata dushti. Your key symptoms mapped ayurvedically: - Whole-body vibration, restlessness → Vata prakopa (especially Vyana Vata) - Low energy, weakness, poor circulation feeling → Rasa dhatu kshaya + Agnimandya - Lower back & knee weakness → Apana Vata + Asthi/Majja dhatu - Morning body pain, heaviness, pain below rib cage → Kapha avarana + Mandagni + possible Grahani involvement

🌿 Ayurvedic Prescription (With Proper Dose) 1️⃣ Yograj Guggulu Dose: 1 tablet (250 mg) twice daily Timing: After meals with warm water Purpose: Reduces Vata pain Improves circulation Helps back, knee & body aches

2️⃣ Ashwagandha Churna Dose: ½ teaspoon twice daily Timing: Morning: with warm water Night: with warm milk (best) Purpose: Nervous system calming Improves strength, energy & reduces vibration sensation

3️⃣ Dashmoolarishta Dose: 15 ml + equal warm water Timing: Twice daily after meals Purpose: Pacifies Vata Relieves heaviness, rib-side pain Improves circulation & nerve stability

4️⃣ Abhrak Bhasma (1000 puti) Dose: 65 mg (a pinch) Timing: Once daily after breakfast Anupan: Honey + ghee (equal) Purpose: Chronic weakness Low energy Nervous & digestive strength ⚠️ Avoid if you have severe kidney issues unless supervised.

5️⃣ Hingvashtak Churna Dose: ½ teaspoon Timing: Before lunch & dinner Anupan: Warm water Purpose: Improves digestion Reduces heaviness & morning stomach-side pain

🧴 External Therapy (Very Important) 🪔 Abhyanga (Oil Massage) - Oil: Mahanarayan Taila or Dhanwantaram Taila Method: Apply warm oil to spine, lower back, knees, abdomen Massage gently for 10–15 minutes Frequency: Daily or at least 5 days/week Bath: Warm water after 20 minutes 👉 This will significantly reduce vibration, restlessness & pain.

🍽️ Diet & Lifestyle (Must Follow) ✔️ Prefer: Warm, freshly cooked food Rice, wheat, moong dal Ghee (1–2 tsp daily) Jeera, ajwain, ginger ❌ Avoid: Cold foods & drinks Curd at night Raw salads at dinner Tea/coffee excess Late nights & day sleep

🧘 Simple Supportive Practice Morning: 5–10 minutes gentle walking Breathing: Slow deep breathing (Anulom Vilom) 5 minutes Avoid heavy exercise for now

⏳ Expected Improvement Timeline 2 weeks: Reduced restlessness & vibration 4–6 weeks: Better energy, reduced pain & heaviness ⚠️ Important Note: If you have thyroid issues, diabetes, anemia, or anxiety disorder, this plan may need slight modification. If symptoms worsen or include numbness, palpitations, or weight loss — medical evaluation is advised.

Hello I totally get how rough these symptoms must be. That constant buzzing inside, feeling even when you’re trying to relax, low energy, and body aches – it can really wear you down, both physically and mentally. But dont worry we are here to help you out 😊

YOUR MAIN WORRIES

You’re dealing with: * Always feeling a vibration or trembling inside * Restlessness, even when you’re sitting or sleeping * Feeling like your blood isn’t moving right * Weakness in your lower back and knees * Low energy all day long * Body pain when you wake up * Heaviness and pain under your ribs (both sides of your belly) * This has been going on for over 6 months

WHAT AYURVEDA SAYS

From an Ayurvedic point of view, this looks like a mix of:

1. Vata Prakopa (Too much Vata) This shows up as: * Shaking / vibrating * Restlessness * Pain * Weakness * Nerves not talking to each other well

2. Dhatu Kshaya (Loss of tissue) Especially in your muscles, bones, and nerves. This leads to low energy and weak knees and back.

3. Mandagni & Ama buildup (Bad digestion & toxins) This brings on the heaviness and pain under your ribs (the liver & spleen area) and that morning discomfort.

This isn’t just anxiety or feeling weak. It’s a full-body issue where Vata is out of whack, and it needs calming and nourishing treatment.

JUST TO BE CLEAR

❌ This isn’t just bad blood flow ❌ This isn’t all in your head or just stress ✅ It’s a real problem with your nerves, muscles, and bones not working right.

With the right treatment: – You’ll feel less antsy – The body vibration will calm down – Your energy will pick up – Pain will ease

AYURVEDIC ACTION PLAN

INTERNAL MEDICATION

1. Ashwagandha Churna ½ tsp with warm milk at night (Helps nerves relax, boosts strength & energy, cuts down on internal vibration)

2. Yograj Guggulu 1 tablet twice a day after food (Soothes body pain, makes back & knees stronger, balances Vata)

3. Dashmoolarishta 30 ml twice a day after meals with an equal amount of water (Great for Vata pain, improves blood flow & endurance)

4. Hingvashtak Churna ½ tsp with warm water before lunch & dinner (Helps digestion, reduces belly heaviness & rib pain)

EXTERNAL TREATMENT (Super Important!)

Daily Abhyanga (Oil Massage) * Oil: Ksheerabala Taila or Mahanarayana Taila * Areas: Lower back, knees, belly, soles of your feet * Time: 15–20 minutes before your bath * This is key for calming Vata and those nerve vibrations.

FOOD & LIFESTYLE TIPS

✅ INCLUDE

* Warm, freshly cooked food * Rice, wheat, moong dal * Ghee (1–2 tsp daily) * Warm milk at night (if it sits well with you)

❌ AVOID

* Cold food & drinks * Dry, packaged food * Too much tea/coffee * Staying up late * Fasting or skipping meals

SLEEP & NERVE CARE

* Rub oil on your feet and scalp before bed * Stick to a regular bedtime * Don’t use your phone at night

TESTS (If you haven’t had them recently)

I suggest checking your: * Vitamin B12 * Vitamin D * Thyroid levels * Liver function * CBC (complete blood count)

This can be fixed! But it needs: ✔ Taking your medicine regularly ✔ Doing the oil massage ✔ Eating right ✔ Patience

Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate

Thank you for reaching out and trusting me with your health journey I understand how disturbing it is to feel continuous vibration restlessness low energy and body discomfort even when you are resting and I want to reassure you that what you are experiencing is a functional imbalance that develops slowly over time and is reversible with proper care

When the body feels restless inside with vibration sensation it usually means the nervous system is overactive and the tissues are not getting proper nourishment circulation feels slow energy feels drained and the lower back and knees feel weak because the support system of the body has become depleted Morning pain heaviness and discomfort on the sides of the abdomen and below the rib cage usually indicate long standing digestive weakness gas accumulation and congestion in the gut and liver region rather than a serious organ disease

This condition does not improve with quick remedies it improves when the body is calmed nourished and given regularity Please focus on warm freshly cooked food only at fixed times avoid cold raw dry and packaged food avoid excess tea coffee and sugar sip warm water through the day keep your body warm and walk gently every day Warm oil application to the lower back knees and soles of the feet before bath or before sleep will help calm the restlessness and improve circulation Sleep early and reduce screen exposure at night because nervous system recovery happens mainly during deep sleep

If possible get basic blood tests done like hemoglobin vitamin B12 vitamin D and thyroid because deficiencies can strongly contribute to these symptoms Do not worry or fear this condition but also do not neglect it consistency and patience are the keys to recovery

If you wish you can share your age digestion sleep quality and bowel habits and I will guide you further in a simple and practical way
