Irregular periods that require medication, combined with depression, fear, and disturbed sleep, suggest an imbalance in Vata dosha, which governs the mind and reproductive system. To restore balance, focus on a warm, nourishing diet, including foods like ghee, sesame seeds, and cooked vegetables. Practice grounding activities like Abhyanga (warm oil massage) and gentle yoga to calm the mind and regulate hormones. Herbs such as Ashwagandha and Shatavari, under guidance, can help with both menstrual regularity and mental health. Establish a consistent sleep routine, avoiding screens and stimulants before bed. Consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for a personalized regimen.

Aapka masla thoda complex lag raha hain...aur yeh samasyein aapas mein judi bhi hosakti hain. Pehle toh, menstrual flow ki baat karein, yeh baar-baar medicine par depend karna sahi nehi hain. Yeh samasya Vata dosha ka imbalance se ho sakti hain. Vata ko balance karne ke liye, aap warm and nurturing food leke dekhiye - jaise ki kheer, dal, ghee, aur mashed sweet potatoes. Din me time nikalkar sesame oil se nariyal tel se thoda abhyanga (self-massage) try karein, yeh vata ko shant karta hain aur stress bhi kam kare sakta hain. Sleep aur depression ke liye baat ki jaye toh, aap apni morning routine me meditation aur deep breathing add kar sakte hain. Shant aur prasanna manovrutti banana zaroori hain, kuch samay nature walk ke liye bhi nikal sakte hain agar sambhav ho. Phobia aur fear par work karna bhi zaruri hain. Yeh samasya mann ke saath judi hain, aur aap yeh sambhav ho sake toh kisi counselor se baat karein. Ek choti si but effective cheez hai Brahmi aur Ashwagandha tea, yeh nervous system ko soothe karta hain aur clarity provide karta hain. Agar phir bhi symptoms thik na ho toh, jaroori hain ki aap kisi Ayurvedic practitioner ko consult karein. Yeh maslay long term solution ke liye ache se samjhenge aur anusaran karke dekhayenge. Dietary change ke liye din me aap fresh fruits aur leafy greens ko zaroor shamil karen, aur processed foods se bachne ki koshish karein. In sabke saath daily kaam thode me manage karke thoda rest bhi priority banana hoga. Dhyan rakhe, kisi bhi tarike se apne upar zyada stress leke mat chalein. Agar jaroori ho, toh allopathic doctor ka suggestion bhi consider karein - safety hamare liye paramount hain.
