Recurrent leucorrhoea, especially with itching and discomfort, suggests an imbalance in Pitta and Kapha doshas, possibly aggravated by lifestyle or dietary habits. While Gandhak Rasayana and Chandraprabha Vati provide symptomatic relief, the recurrence indicates the need for deeper detoxification and lifestyle corrections. Regularly wash the affected area with lukewarm water infused with neem or trifla to reduce itching and prevent infections. Avoid spicy, oily, and heavy foods that can aggravate Pitta and Kapha. Include more bitter and astringent foods, such as karela and pomegranate, in your diet. Practicing daily vaginal hygiene and stress management through yoga or meditation can also help maintain balance. For a more sustained cure, consult a trusted Ayurvedic practitioner to customize your treatment further.

Leucorrhea, with its recurring nature, can be stubborn, I understand how frustrating it must be. Since you’ve already been taking gandhak rasayana and chandraprabha vati, I’d ready suggest a holistic approach, addressing the root causes rather than just the symptoms. It sounds like a likely pitta and kapha imbalance, given the thin, foul-smelling discharge and those itchy bump.
For the itching and discomfort, you might try using a sitz bath with neem and turmeric decoction. Neem has cooling and antibacterial properties which, can help, while turmeric is really good at calming inflammation. Boil some neem leaves and a quarter teaspoon of turmeric in water, let it cool, and sit in it for about 10-15 minutes daily.
Your diet matters too, keep it light. Avoid heavy, spicy, fried foods that can, increase pitta. Go for cooling foods, like cucumbers, melon, and leafy greens. Drink aloe vera juice, which is soothing for your system. A glass on an empty stomach, in the morning, could help.
Exercise moderately, as long as it doesn’t make you too sweaty or irritate the skin further. Yoga helps balance your doshas and supports digestive fire (agne). Try calming poses like child’s pose or gentle twists.
Consider reducing stress; it’s often a hidden factor, essential oils like lavender can help you relax. Breathing exercises can also calm your nerves and help balance doshas.
Stick to a routine for sleep, as you mention, sleep’s good, but consistency is key. Routine strengthens your natural rhythms, giving your body space to heal.
The key is consistency with these practices. If it gets worse or doesnt improve, it’s wise to see a professional Ayurvedist—you might need to adjust your approach or the medicines under guidance. Each person’s body is quite unique after all.
