Doctors' responses

- Height and weight: For a 12-year-old boy, the expected average height is around 147–152 cm and weight around 34–38 kg. So your child is slightly below average. - Possible causes : Poor Agni (digestive/metabolic strength), Vata imbalance, nutritional deficiency, or constitutional (Prakriti) factors. - Diagnosis: Low height & weight - Prescription: Chyawanprash 2 tsp in the morning with milk – for growth and immunity Ashwagandha Churna 1 tsp at night with warm milk – for strength and weight gain Kaishore Guggulu 1 tablet twice daily with warm water – for digestion and metabolism - Diet & Lifestyle: Warm, nutritious meals with milk, nuts, dal, and fruits Daily 30–45 min physical activity Adequate sleep (9–10 hours) Avoid junk and cold foods - Follow-up: After 3 months to monitor growth Tq
