Doctors' responses

-Since you have a 7–8 mm gallstone at the neck of the gallbladder, it’s important to note that stones in this location can sometimes block bile flow, which can cause pain, nausea, or even complications like cholecystitis. While Ayurvedic treatments may support digestion and reduce the risk of stone growth, large stones at the neck often eventually require surgical removal if symptoms worsen or obstruction occurs. -Internal Medicines 1)Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tablet (250 mg) after meals, twice daily, for 1–2 months 2)Punarnava Mandur – 250 mg tablet with warm water, before meals, twice daily, for 1–2 months 3)Triphala Churna – 1 tsp powder at bedtime with warm water, for 1 month 4)Kalmegh Extract – 1 capsule or 20–30 ml decoction after meals, once daily, for 1 month Take medicines with warm water; avoid cold drinks immediately after. 2. Dietary Guidelines Avoid: Fried or oily foods, heavy dairy, processed snacks Spicy, sour, or very hot foods Excess sweets and refined flour -Include: Fresh vegetables: bitter gourd, bottle gourd, pumpkin, carrots Fruits: papaya, pomegranate, apple High-fiber grains: oats, brown rice, millets Warm water and herbal teas (cumin, coriander, fennel) Small, frequent meals 3. Lifestyle / Daily Routine Gentle walk 20–30 minutes daily Yoga: Pawanmuktasana, Ardha Matsyendrasana (improves digestion) Avoid lying down immediately after meals Stress management: meditation, pranayama 4. Panchakarma ( Under Supervision) Abhyanga (oil massage) + Swedana (steam therapy) daily or alternate days for 7–14 days Basti / Kshara Basti: only under a qualified Ayurvedic physician - we will plan it after 7 days of treatment 5. Red Flag Symptoms (Immediate Hospitalization) Severe right upper abdominal pain Persistent vomiting, fever, or jaundice Dark urine or pale stools
