-Complaints: Rapid eating, overeating Abdominal tightness after meals Acidity, burping Occasional sharp pain in lower left abdomen Shortness of breath after meals -Diagnosis (Ayurvedic view): Agni Mandya (weak digestive fire) Vata-Pitta imbalance → causing bloating, acidity, and abdominal discomfort -Treatment:- ***Internal Medicines (Oral): 1)Trikatu Churna – 1 tsp with warm water, before meals, for 15–20 days 2)Avipattikar Churna – 1 tsp with warm water, after meals or at bedtime, for 15 days 3)Ajwain + Rock Salt powder – ½ tsp with warm water after meals, for 7–10 days (optional, for bloating) Purpose: Trikatu stimulates digestion, Avipattikar reduces acidity and Pitta, Ajwain helps reduce gas and bloating. ***External Therapies :- Abdominal massage with warm sesame oil for 5–10 minutes before bath to improve digestion Warm water fomentation or hot compress on abdomen for bloating or mild colicky pain -Dietary Guidelines: Eat small, warm meals slowly Avoid fried, heavy, sour, and extremely cold foods Include khichdi, steamed vegetables, moong dal soup, warm water, herbal teas (ginger, fennel) Drink warm water instead of cold water Avoid lying down immediately after eating; wait 1–2 hours -Lifestyle / Dinacharya: Practice mindful eating: chew thoroughly, avoid rushing Gentle walk after meals (5–10 min) Reduce stress; practice Pranayama (Anulom-Vilom) to calm Vata and aid digestion Avoid excessive daytime sleep immediately after meals -Follow-up: Review after 2–3 weeks to assess improvement If symptoms persist, consider detailed Ayurvedic evaluation , we will plan for virechana and basti.
