i want to reduce fat around my stomach and manage my blood pressure. I have a borderline high hba1c- 5.7%. I also have adult acne andi am in the perimenopause phase. Please recommend what should be done

Perimenopause leads to lower estrogen, which can: Increase abdominal fat. Make blood sugar regulation slightly harder. Affect skin (acne and oiliness). Blood pressure often rises slightly in perimenopause. -Internal Medicines: 1)Triphala Churna: 1 teaspoon at night with 1 cup Luke warm water (digestion, metabolism) 2)Kaishore Guggulu: 2 tablets twice daily after meals (fat metabolism, cholesterol, abdominal fat) 3)Nishamalaki Churna: 1 teaspoon twice daily after meals with warm water (blood sugar support) 4)Arjuna Churna: 1 teaspoon twice daily with warm water (blood pressure, heart support) and monitor bp 5)Manjistha Churna - 1 teaspoon in the morning with warm water (blood purifier, acne support) -**External Applications (Acne): Neem paste or wash: 2–3 times/week Turmeric + Sandalwood paste: 1–2 times/week Aloe vera gel: daily –Lifestyle & Diet: Eat light, warm, high-fiber meals; avoid sugar, refined carbs, fried foods, excessive dairy Morning walk or 30 min brisk walk, yoga, pranayama Sleep early (before 10 PM) and practice stress reduction Drink warm water throughout the day –Optional Therapies under panchkarma specialist - Abhyanga (medicated oil massage): 3–4 times/week Udwarthana (dry herbal powder massage): 1–2 times/week for abdominal fat –Monitoring: Blood pressure daily or alternate days HbA1c every 3 months Track weight, waist circumference, and skin condition
