Doctors' responses

Hello I get how frustrating it can be when your digestion, energy, and sex life all feel off. From what you’re saying, it sounds like there might be a Pitta-Vata thing going on, messing with your reproductive health. YOUR CONCERN So, you’ve got: – Acidity and digestion problems – Feeling tired – Releasing early – Thin semen This is what it might mean: – Too much Pitta: causing burning, heat, and thinning things out. – Vata out of whack leading to less control and early finishes. – Weak reproductive stuff: meaning low semen and feeling weak. – Gut problems messed up digestion means your body isn’t getting the good stuff it needs. Basically, if your digestion isn’t great, even good food won’t help your reproductive system. AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT Phase 1: Chill Out Pitta and Fix Digestion (3–4 weeks) (This is super important so the other stuff actually works) 1.Avipattikar churna ½ tsp before food, twice a day 2.Kamadudha Ras (plain) 1 pill, twice a day
3. Guduchi Satva 500 mg, twice a day
4.Shatavari churna 1 tsp with milk at night
→ This should cool things down, help your digestion, and stop that burning and tiredness. Phase 2: Get Semen and Power Back 1. Ashwagandha churna 1 tsp with warm milk at night 2. Kapikacchu churna 500 mg, twice a day
3.Shilajit (purified) 250 mg in the morning
4. Chandraprabha Vati 2 tablet, twice a day
→ These should rebuild your reproductive health, thicken semen, boost your stamina, and give you more control. Phase 3: Control Early Release 1. Kaamrasayan 1 tsp at night
2.Yashada bhasma 1 pinch with honey, once a day
DIET PLAN ✅INCLUDE – Milk, ghee, butter – Rice, wheat, moong dal – Coconut water – Pomegranate, banana – Soaked almonds (5) ❌ Stay away from: – Tea, coffee – Booze – Spicy grub – Fried grub – Masturbation – Staying up late – Porn These things can really mess with your semen. LIFESTYLE – Get to bed before 11 pm – Do 10 minutes of Anulom Vilom breathing each day – Don’t have sex too often (once every 4–5 days while treating this) – Massage your feet and lower belly with oil daily Things to Check – Semen check – Blood work – Thyroid check – Vitamin B12 & D levels You’re not broken forever. Ayurveda says this can be fixed by cooling Pitta and rebuilding your reproductive health. With the right treatment, in a few months: – You’ll have more energy – Semen will thicken up – You’ll have more control – You will feel more confident Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate
