-Agar aap diuretics ya blood pressure medicines le rahe hain, ye bhi sodium kam aur potassium zyada kar sakti hain. - other reason bhi ho skte h jse ki- Any kidney related issue, dehydration ya aldosterone deficiency , electrolyte imbalance So what u have to do- ** Stay hydrated ** Nd go through firstly following investigation -serum electrolytes (sodium, potassium), kidney function (creatinine, urea), adrenal hormones (cortisol, aldosterone, ACTH),cbc - check bp and pulse rate after every physical excercise After that will able to recommend you proper treatment. - tb tk ise follow kre- Dincharya & Lifestyle Subah uthkar 1 glass garm paani + shuddh mishri ke saath. Din bhar hydrated rahe – coconut water ya nariyal paani especially after exercise. Heavy exercise ke baad rest lein aur gradual activity increase karein. Avoid: excessive caffeine, junk food, processed salt. 2. Aahar (Dietary Recommendations) Sodium & potassium balance ke liye: Triphala churna (1 tsp raat ko garm paani me) – digestion aur metabolism ke liye. -Shatavari kheer / milk with dry fruits – rasa dhatu ko strengthen karega. Green leafy vegetables, carrot, beetroot, banana – potassium balance me help kare. Rock salt (sendha namak) – sodium mild increase ke liye. Avoid excessive oily, spicy, and junk foods.

Sodium kam hona aur potassium badhna serious electrolyte imbalance ho sakta hai. Isse chakkar, weakness, haath-pair sunn hona ho sakta hai.

ORS ya namak-chini paani 1 glass paani + 1 pinch sendha namak + 1 chammach cheeni Din me 1–2 baar (sodium balance help) Takra (buttermilk) Thoda sendha namak + bhuna jeera Digestion aur electrolyte balance mein help Draksha (munakka) paani 4–5 munakka raat ko bhigo kar subah khaye Body strength ke liye Diet Dal, chawal, roti, soup Nariyal paani limited quantity Pomegranate, banana (moderate) Avoid excess Coconut water zyada Tomato, potato, spinach (zyada potassium wale food) Fasting aur dehydration
