Hello My H!BC has come out to be 6.3.No mediine has been prescribed yet. I am scared soon doctors will put me on diabetes medicines. I dont want to be on medicines. I have started taking karela neem juice(readymade one). Do i need any ayurvedic medicine. I want medicine for a short period of time. I have started yoga also. What about madhunashini vati? Can it be taken for a month or so? Please advice

HBA1C if is 6.3 indicates prediabetic so in future u may land up in diabetes so I main thing u should do is monitor ur blood sugar levels and ur diet Avoid all the sugar products and highly refined food products And also do HBA1C level once in every 3 months At present u no need any ayurvedic medicine too but u r in a risk of future diabetes Let’s see now do ur HBA1C again and take care of ur diet Thank you
