Agar ovarian cyst ka size pehle 80 mm tha, to scan karwana avoid nahi karna chahiye. Dar ki wajah se delay karna theek nahi hai, kyunki size aur type jaana zaroori hai.
Seedha samajh lijiye:
Har bada cyst operation nahi maangta, lekin without scan kuch decide nahi ho sakta.
Abhi aapka first step sirf yeh hai:
Ultrasound kara lijiye — yeh simple, painless test hai aur isse clear ho jayega ki cyst abhi kis stage me hai.
Agar size bada hai ya symptoms de raha hai, tab doctor further plan batayega. Bohot cases me medicine aur monitoring se bhi manage hota hai, har case me surgery nahi hoti.
Tab tak ke liye:
Heavy exercise, stress aur late nights avoid karein.
Dar ko side rakhein — scan sirf information deta hai, treatment ka decision baad me hota hai.
