In early pregnancy the body goes through very sensitive hormonal and implantation changes, so even beneficial herbs need to be used carefully because the focus now is on gentle nourishment and stability rather than stimulation since you have a history of miscarriage, we have to be a little more cautious even if you are feeling completely fine phalasarpis and shatavari are generally supportive for garbhasthapana (pregnancy support) and help in nourishment, so they can be continued if they are suiting you ashwagandha, although a good rasayana, is slightly heating and stimulating in nature, so in early pregnancy it is usually better to avoid or pause it for some time unless specifically advised based on your condition medicines you can continue like this phalasarpis 1 tsp with warm milk once or twice daily shatavari (churna or tablet) in mild dose once or twice daily avoid or pause ashwagandha for now keep your routine calm, take proper rest, avoid exertion, and continue a nourishing diet with milk, ghee, soaked almonds, dates and freshly cooked warm food avoid anything too spicy, processed or very heavy, and maintain good hydration since this is a very early stage, regular follow up and gentle care is most important for stability Heartful pranams Dr Raghuveer SN (Ayurvedacharya)

I just found out I'm pregnant, two weeks pregnant, so it's a very early stage. I am currently taking phalasarpis, Shatavari, and Ashwagandha every day for the last three months because I had a miscarriage in January. Should I carry on those three herbs?

Stop ashwagandha, pause Phalasarpis, and only continue Shatavari. — in 1st trimester specially choosing herbs is beneficial. After 1st trimester on your condition we can think about it. Shatavari is safest u can take .
