In Ayurveda, the development of breast tissue is governed by Kapha and supported by healthy Rasa (plasma). ​Breast size is often influenced by genetic factors and the dominance of Vata (which can lead to thinness or underdevelopment). To encourage growth, the goal is to increase Kapha and Brimhana (nourishing) qualities through specific herbs and external massages. Dhanwantharam Thailam Promotes tissue elasticity and nourishment. Apply locally on breasts and massage in a circular motion for 10–15 mins daily before bathing Shatavari Gulam A powerful hormonal balancer and rejuvenative tonic. 10 to 15 grams twice daily after food, followed by a cup of warm milk. Ashwagandhadi Lehyam Enhances overall muscle mass and body weight. 1 teaspoon twice daily with warm milk or water after meals.
