I have fibroids and it is causing me to run to the toilet often.what can I do.my tummy is bloated too.i cannot sleep properly.

It is very common for fibroids to press against the bladder, leading to that “run to the toilet” feeling, while their size and hormonal impact often cause significant bloating and sleep disruption. In Ayurveda, this is viewed as a Granthi (growth) caused by an imbalance in Kapha (responsible for growth) and Vata (responsible for the downward flow and pain). ​ ​The goal is to “scrape” the growth (Lekhana) and balance the downward movement of energy (Apana Vata) to relieve bladder pressure and bloating. ​ 1. ​Kanchanar Guggulu The primary “scraping” herb used to reduce the size of growths and cysts. Dose: 2 tablets, twice daily, after food with warm water. 2. ​Varanadi Kashayam Liquid Excellent for reducing Kapha-related bloating and clearing internal obstructions. Dose: 2 tablets or 15ml liquid (diluted with 60ml boiled and cooled water), twice daily, 30 minutes before food. 3. ​Sukumaram Kwath Specifically formulated for uterine health and easing the pressure that causes frequent urination and abdominal discomfort. Dose: 2 tablets, twice daily, before food. 4. ​Dhanwantharam Thailam (External Use) To help you sleep and reduce Vata-related bloating, gently massage this warm oil over your lower abdomen in a clockwise direction before a warm bath.

Fibroids do have effect on the urinary system as well as your fecal excretion system causing you to run to the washroom every now and than. ✔️ Do’s: ✔️ Millet roti Buttermilk (daily include in your meal) Moong dal (green and yellow both are ok) All fruit vegetables Leafy vegetables (except methi and dil) ❌ Donot’s: ❌ Tea Coffee Addictions Dals (except moong) Sour Packed food Processed food Achar (pickles) Papad Fried food Avoid dairy completely Non veg products 💊 Medication: 💊 Cap. Femigen 2 caps twice a day before food. Tab. Kanchanar guggul 2 tabs twice a day before food. Syp. M2 Tone 2 tsp twice a day before food.
