यह श्वेत प्रदर (leucorrhoea) प्रायः कफ-वात दोष और योनिदौर्बल्य से होता है। दवा (Short Treatment) Pushyanug Churna Dose: 3 grams दिन में 2 बार, शहद या चावल के मांड के साथ Lodhrasava Dose: 15 ml बराबर पानी के साथ, दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद Pradarantak Lauh Dose: 1 गोली दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद बाह्य प्रयोग Triphala Kwath से योनि प्रक्षालन (wash) दिन में 1 बार आहार हल्का, सुपाच्य भोजन दही, ज्यादा मीठा, तला-भुना, ठंडा भोजन बंद करें अवधि कम से कम 6–8 हफ्ते नियमित लें

Hello, सफेद पानी (Leukorrhea) की समस्या अगर 1-2 साल पुरानी है, तो आयुर्वेद के अनुसार यह शरीर में ‘कफ’ और ‘वात’ दोष के असंतुलन और ‘अग्नि’ (digestion) के मंद होने के कारण होती है। पुरानी बीमारी में शरीर की धातुएं कमजोर हो जाती हैं, इसलिए इलाज में इंफेक्शन खत्म करने के साथ-साथ ताकत बढ़ाना भी जरूरी है। Kerala Ayurveda की दवाओं का प्रभावी कॉम्बिनेशन नीचे दिया गया है: Ayurvedic Treatment 1. Musli Khadiradi Kwath: यह गर्भाशय (uterus) की हेल्थ के लिए सबसे अच्छी दवा है। Dose: 15ml दवा को 60ml गुनगुने पानी में मिलाकर सुबह और शाम खाली पेट लें। 2.
