Why I'm not gaining weight - #774

Maine bahot try Kiya. Workout bhi kiya. Din me 3-4 bar khana bhi khata hu. But Mera weight na badhta hai or na hi meri physics me koi growth milta hai.

Agar aap 30 saal ke hain aur aapka wajan nahi badh raha hai ya aapki sharirik vikas mein koi sudhar nahi ho raha hai, to is samasya ka samadhan Ayurveda mein mil sakta hai. Aapke liye sabse pehle, apne Aahar (diet) par dhyan dena zaroori hai. Aapko Sattvic aur Vyangyapran Aahar par kendrit hona chahiye, jo ki svasth aur poshak ho. Ismein daalein, nuts, seeds, dairy products (jese dahi aur paneer), aur ghee shamil karein. Yeh aapko healthy calories dene ke saath-saath aapki sharir ki zarooraton ko bhi pura karte hain.
Aapko din mein 3-4 baar se adhik khana khana chahiye, lekin chhote aur poshak meals ke roop mein. Mukhya bhojan ke alawa, snacks ke roop mein dry fruits, protein bars, ya smoothies ka istemal karein. Aap Ashwagandha aur Shatavari jaise Ayurvedic herbs ka istemal bhi kar sakte hain, jo aapki metabolism ko sudharne mein madad karte hain aur sharir mein energy aur stamina badhate hain.
Saath hi, aapko apne workout routine ko bhi sudharna hoga; strength training aur weight lifting se muscle mass badhane mein madad mil sakti hai. Acha, toh yeh confused situation kahi na kahi apki agni ya digestion se judi ho sakti hai. Ayurveda mein, agar aap sab kuch kha rahe hain par weight gain nahi ho raha, toh shayad apka digestive fire yaani agni bhi kamjor ho sakta hai. Agni ko thik karne ke liye, aapko apni diet aur lifestyle me thoda dhyaan dena padega.
Pehli baat, apni diet ko observe karo. Aap khana to 3-4 bar kha rahe ho, lekin usme kya included hai? Try karo ki apki plate me protein-rich items kaafi ho jaise moong dal, chickpeas, ya paneer. Thoda healthy fats bhi include karo, jaisa ki ghee, coconut ya nuts and seeds. Yeh sab dhatu ko bnane me madad karte hai.
Doosri baat, aapko meal timings par dhyaan dena zaroori hai, jaise fresh aur warm meals ko prefer karo, cooking ki hui sabziyaana ki salads. Desserts ya extra sugar wali cheezein kam karo agar wo kar rahe ho, kyunki yeh apki agni ko aur slow kar sakti hai.
Thoda panchakarma therapy jaise virechana (herbal detox) ko bhi consider kar shakte ho, lekin yeh pehle kisi ayurvedic doctor ke guidance me karna zaroori hai. Yeh aapki agni ko strong karega aur tissue building ko enhance karega.
Also, khush raho - stress aur anxiety bhi weight gain ko rok sakti hai. Pranayam aur meditation ko apni routine me laana bhi faydemand ho sakta hai.
Exercise karke pauselo, jaise strength training bhi zaroori hai par body ko relax karna bhi equally important hai. Din me kuch bhugarithissa oil se body massage bhi consider karna.
