According to Ayurveda, your symptoms indicate an aggravated Pitta dosha affecting Agni (digestive fire), leading to Amla Pitta (hyperacidity) and impaired digestion. Despite taking medicines, deeper factors may not be addressed. Follow these recommendations: Medicines: Praval Panchamrit Ras (1 tablet twice daily with honey or warm water). Shankh Bhasma (250 mg twice daily mixed with honey). Guduchi Satva (250 mg twice daily with warm water). Yashtimadhu Kashaya (Mulethi decoction) on an empty stomach. Bilva Churna (to balance Vata and improve digestion). Diet: Eat warm, soft, and freshly cooked food (khichdi, moong dal soup). Avoid sour, fried, fermented, and heavy foods. Include coconut water and amla juice daily. Avoid eating raw salads; prefer lightly cooked vegetables. Lifestyle: Practice Abhyanga (gentle oil massage) with sesame oil daily. Do Pranayama (Nadi Shodhana, Sheetali) to calm Pitta and reduce stress. Sleep early and avoid late-night meals. If symptoms persist, undergo Virechana (therapeutic purgation) under guidance to detoxify Pitta. Balance of lifestyle, diet, and medicines will ensure healing.

I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing discomfort despite following the prescribed treatments. It sounds like you're managing a challenging condition with H. pylori-induced erosive pan gastritis, which can cause symptoms like stomach pain, heartburn, belching, and weight loss. Since you’ve been consistent with your diet and treatment regimen but haven’t found relief, it might be worth considering a few factors: H. pylori Treatment: The eradication of H. pylori usually requires a specific course of antibiotics, sometimes combined with proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) or antacids. Ensure that you've been prescribed the correct medication for this bacterial infection, as the herbs you've tried might not be sufficient for addressing the underlying infection. Ayurvedic Adjustments: Since you’ve tried several Ayurvedic remedies without relief, you may want to re-evaluate the dosages or timing of these treatments, or whether they are suitable for your specific constitution and the severity of the condition. Ayurvedic treatments can be highly individualized, and it might help to seek a second opinion or a practitioner who specializes in gut health and H. pylori-related issues. Dietary Modifications: While you’re already avoiding spicy, packaged, and outside food, focusing on foods that are specifically soothing for your condition—like bland, easily digestible meals, warm soups, rice, and cooked vegetables—can support healing. Herbal teas such as ginger, licorice root, or chamomile might help soothe inflammation. Also, try to avoid foods that may aggravate acidity like citrus, tomatoes, and caffeinated beverages. Stress Management: Stress can exacerbate gastric issues, so incorporating relaxation practices like deep breathing, yoga, or meditation might help with both digestion and overall well-being. These can support healing alongside physical treatments. Follow-Up with Doctors: If your symptoms persist despite changes in lifestyle and treatment, it’s essential to check in with your doctors to explore if there's an alternative course of action, such as further testing, adjusting medications, or adding a more targeted treatment for H. pylori. Since this is a complex and ongoing issue, working closely with your healthcare providers to track your progress and make necessary adjustments is key to finding the right solution.

Sounds like you're really going through a rough time with those persistent symptoms. It’s frustrating when you’re doing everything right but don't see the relief you're hoping for. First off, acknowledging that you've already seen two ayurvedic docs and tried those recommended herbs and rasas. Sometimes, bodies are stubborn and we need to try a few angles to tackle these entrenched issues. Especially with something like gastritis that can be rather persistent. Alright, so those symptoms—left side stomach pain, heartburn, belching, weight loss and the palpitations you're feeling in your stomach—all scream imbalances that could be tied to aggravated Pitta and Vata. When it goes rogue, it can really mess with your digestion and cause issues like erosions and gastritis. A touch more tweaking here: you're already avoiding spicy, packed and outside food, which is great for keeping Pitta cool. Keep your diet light and soothing. Think kitchari (rice and lentils cooked together), which is gentle on the stomach and supportive for agni (digestive fire). You might also want to try incorporating more cooling herbs like fennal and coriander into your meals. They help calm down that internal heat. Another thing? Mind your meal timing. Eating at regular intervals helps regulate digestive fire—avoid skipping meals or having long gaps. And hey, chew your food well. I know it's basic, but it helps a ton with digestion. Since stress can also aggravate your situation, find a few moments to relax. Even just 5-10 min of meditation or deep breathing daily can help. Also, there's this Ayurvedic suggestion of having buttermilk (takra) with a pinch of roasted cumin powder after meals can be beneficial. Additionally, look into Shankha Bhasma, which may help balance aggravated doshas alongside your existing regimen. But please consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner before adding or changing anything dramatically. Your constitution's unique, and guidance tailored to you is always best. If the symptoms are not budging or getting worse significantly, do consider revisiting your healthcare provider. It's sometimes necessary to re-evaluate approaches, as persistent symptoms may need a different kind of attention or even modern medical investigation. Remember, while Ayurveda is powerful, its combination with conventional medicine can sometimes provide optimum care. Hang in there! I hope you find relief soon!
