Height growth at 29 years, now I'm 5.1 - #26377

Genes: my parents height is 5 and 5.4, Lifestyle: few years active lifestyle, few years kind of sedentary, I used magnetic belt(Dr. Relief), 3 Months course of ayurvedic height capsules+syrup But didn't add to my height growth so far, What else can i do

At age of 29 yrs, it is difficult to grow height, You need to be physically active and play wherein your legs are used maximum, like playing football, cycling, basketball, Doing streching exercise also helps You can take Ashwagandha churan 0-0-1tsp at bedtime with water Try for 3 months and see, if you see any improvement you can continue or else you need to stop, and accept what ever your height is.
