Namaste I am already taking surakta syrup, amlaki rasyan and sariva ghanvati for skin issue.. please suggest something (medication/diet)solving fat accumulation around hips and thighs..that can be combined with above medications.

Lean & slim 1-1-1 after food with warm water Tablet Liv-52 1-0-1 after food with water Triphala juice 20 ml at bedtime with warm water. Avoid processed fatty fast sugary fried street foods. Brisk walking atleast 30 mins daily Do pranayam, yogasan every day after learning from a yoga teacher.

first of all avoid excessive kaphavardhak ahar vihar like too sweet, sour,salty food,guru ahar(heavy to digest)etc.

And start taking these medications,

1.Varunaadi kwath 20ml with equal amount of Lukewarm water empty stomach twice in a day. 2.Medoharvidangaadi lauh 1-1-1 3.Navaka guggulu 2-0-2 for chewing.

*DAILY DRINK TRIPHALA KASHAYAM (SHOULD NOT BE TOO HOT)+1TBSF OF HONEY.

FOLLOW UP AFTER 1 MONTH.
