I am really trying to understand more about black chana because I've been thinking of adding it to my diet. Lately, I've been feeling super tired, and my energy levels are all over the place. A friend suggested I try including more protein-rich foods. I was looking into black chana since I’ve heard it's good for energy. I've looked online, but I'm confused about how much protein does black chana have exactly? I mean, I read somewhere that it’s high in protein, which would be great for me considering I don't eat meat. But then I found different numbers—some say 20 grams per cup, while others say it's less. What's the real deal? Also, I'm not very good at cooking, so if I do get some, what’s a simple way to prepare it? I've never even cooked beans like that before!
