I have height 5 feet 7 inch female wieghr 82 want to reduce upto 65 kg.so it this medicine helps to reduce as i also go to gym

warm water + lemon - empty stomach morning varanadi kwath 2 tab twice ( 30 min before brekfast and dinner ) liposem - 2 tab twice after meal with mukewarm water triphla churana - 1 tsp in warm water before bed diet - eat healthy green vegetable and fruits , add vitamin c to diet , use warm spices like ginger , cinnamon , black pepper take 7 hr sleep , sleep till 10pm , light dinner before 7 and moderate walk avoid - heavy dairy , cold foods , avoid day napping , stop sugar n refined flour get more hydration
