I am really confused about something. My grandma has been raving about amla juice for ages now and I’m curious, but like... how to make amla juice at home? Last week, I bought fresh amla from the market, thinking I’d finally give it a try, but I seriously had no idea what to do with them. I just held them, looked at their weird texture, and kinda felt lost. I tried just chopping a few and blending them with water, but it tasted super bitter and not pleasant at all. I also read somewhere that drinking amla juice can help with energy, digestion, and skin health, which sounds great, but am I missing a trick here? Is there something special I should be doing or ingredients I need to add? Like, do I need to add honey or something? I’m not even sure if I’m preparing it right!
