I am feeling really confused and anxious about my health lately. A couple of months back, I started having these weird fatigue spells and joint aches that just wouldn’t go away. I tried all sorts of things but nothing seemed to really help! Then I heard about this thing called shilajit from a friend who swears by it. She says is shilajit good for health, but I’m kinda skeptical. I did some googling and found mixed reviews, some people say it's a miracle substance, while others are like, nah, it’s overrated. I mean, I want to take care of my body, but how can I be sure? I haven’t tried it yet because I'm worried about side effects or if it'll interact with the supplements I’m already taking for my low energy levels. I’ve read it’s full of minerals and helps with vitality or something, but does that really work, or is it just hype? Can anyone share their experiences? Really hope to hear from folks who’ve actually used it—like, is shilajit good for health or should I explore other options? Just don’t want to end up with another thing that doesn’t do much! Thanks!
