I am really concerned about my diet right now! I started this health kick, thinking oats are a great choice to help manage my weight and keep me full. But I’m kinda confused about the nutrition facts. I keep hearing people say oats are healthy, but when I looked up how many protein in 100 gm oats, the numbers were all over the place! But now I'm trying to figure out how well they fit into my protein needs.
