I am dealing with high triglycerides, and it's really frustrating. About a year ago, I had a blood test, and they came back way higher than what they should be. I tried adjusting my diet, cutting back on the sugary things, but the numbers still aren't budging. I read something about using specific herbs and changing your lifestyle to balance doshas or whatever, but honestly, I’m overwhelmed. Do certain foods really help?
