I am trying to lose weight but I've dabled with a few diets, and nothing seems to stick, ya know? Recently, I've read that dalia is good for weight loss and I want to give it a try. Last week, I was super motivated and bought a whole bag of dalia, but I just stare at it sometimes, feeling clueless. I even tried cooking it once, but it turned out too mushy and honestly, not that tasty. I think I might have overcooked it, lol.
