I am really struggling with gaining weight. It's like no matter what I do, I just can't seem to put on any pounds. I've always been on the thinner side, and it really bothers me sometimes. I eat three meals a day, and often I snack in between — nuts, fruits, and even some yogurt. But when I step on the scale, it barely budges! I read a lot about how to gain weight in tamil, but the advice is so variable and confusing. Some people say eat more calorie-dense foods, while others suggest just eating more frequently. I tried adding things like avocados and smoothies, but honestly, I feel like I'm just force-feeding myself sometimes. Also, I’ve got this quite fast metabolism which if the doctors say, would be part of the problem. I have a friend who swears by some turmeric blend for better digestion, any thoughts?
