I am really confused about whether we can drink curd at night. I've always heard different opinions about it! Like, my grandma says curd is super healthy, but she also mentioned it can be heavy on the stomach if we eat or drink it too late. I work long hours and I usually have my dinner around 9 PM, and somehow, I feel hungry again before bed. Last week, I decided to drink some curd with honey thinking it might help with digestion or something, but then I started feeling uneasy later on. I’m not sure if it was the curd or just something else. I read somewhere recently that curd can actually be good for you if consumed at the right time but it might not be ideal at night. Honestly, I just love it, especially after a spicy meal! Would love to know from you guys if we can drink curd at night or if I should stick to having it in the morning with breakfast instead? Are there specific types of curd that are better? And what about adding fruits to curd at night—is that a good combo or should I avoid that? This whole thing is driving me a bit nuts, honestly!
