I am really confused about this whole amla juice thing. I've been doing some research because my friend recommended it, claiming it's super good for health and all that. My diet hasn't been the best lately, and I feel, I dunno, kind of sluggish and my digestion is off track. I've tried other remedies but wasn't really seeing results. They say amla juice is packed with vitamin C and antioxidants, right? I started drinking it, like a shot or two daily. But then I come across mixed opinions online, with some saying, “can we drink amla juice daily?” while others are more cautious. I mean, I wanna make sure it’s safe. Then I noticed some weird stuff—like I sometimes feel a bit of acidity after drinking it...and I’m wondering if drinking amla juice every day could be the issue? Or is it just my body adjusting?
