I am feeling really confused about something. Lately, I've been hearing that is eating curd at night bad for you, and honestly, it’s stressing me out. Like, I grew up in a household where my mom always made us have curd with our dinner, says its good for digestion or something. But then, a friend told me that is eating curd at night bad because it could cause mucus build-up or something? I really enjoy curd, especially in summer, it feels so nice and cool, ya know? But now I don’t know if I should quit having it. I’ve been having some weird bloating after meals, but can't tell if its just my diet or if this curd thing is legit. Also, I read somewhere that dairy at night can disrupt sleep, but I'm not sure if that applies to curd? I keep going back and forth, like is eating curd at night bad or is that just old wives’ tales? What do you all think? Should I switch to yogurt or something lighter if I'm worried about the effects? Any insight would help because this is driving me a tad nuts! Thanks!
