How I solve anxiety fear insomnia problems I am not able to sleep more than 4 hours I am constantly surrounded by fear and insecurity….This all put me in condition that how can I earn money after I left my job

4-hour sleep while dealing with anxiety, fear, insecurity is a dangerous condition. You can take some medication for this. If you are focusing ayurvedic medication alone, you should be consistent on it. Don’t stop without the permission of an Ayurvedic doctor. 1. Ksheerabala tailam as talam at evening time. 2. Aswagandharishtam 10ml twice daily after food. 3. Manasamitram vatakam 2 at night (for 2 weeks) then reduced dose to 1 after follow up. - Try slow breathing exercises. - If you can’t get sleep at 10pm, just read some good books or write anything you want or that come to your mind. Go back to bed try to sleep. - Maintain a good sleep wake cycle. Go to bed before 10 and wake up at 6 - Walk every day for at least 3o minutes. - Do swimming, cycling like exercises Take care. Since this has been present for more than 6 months and you have already tried medication, the approach should be consistent, calming, and stabilizing, not quick or aggressive. The focus should be on improving sleep quality, calming thoughts, and restoring mental stability. Maintain a fixed daily routine. Go to bed at the same time every night, even if sleep is less initially. Avoid mobile/screens at least 1 hour before sleep. Reduce caffeine, especially after afternoon. Do not skip meals, and avoid long gaps. During the day, keep yourself engaged in small, structured activities. When the mind is idle, fear and overthinking increase. Even small productive steps daily can reduce insecurity. Before sleep, practice slow breathing or simple relaxation for 5–10 minutes. This helps calm the nervous system. ⸻ Ayurvedic medicines with dose and timing: Ashwagandha Churna – 1 teaspoon with warm milk in the evening Brahmi Ghrita – 1 teaspoon at bedtime with warm milk Saraswatarishta – 15 ml with equal water, twice daily after food These are traditionally used to reduce anxiety, support the nervous system, and improve sleep when taken regularly. ⸻ External support: Apply Brahmi Taila or Ksheerabala Taila on scalp or soles before sleep ⸻ Important guidance • Since you have already taken medication, do not stop or change it suddenly without consulting your doctor • Your fear about future and income is understandable, but it improves when you start taking small, practical actions daily • If anxiety becomes overwhelming, consider psychological support along with treatment ⸻ Improvement in sleep and anxiety is gradual, but with consistency, you can regain stability.
